I’m Sandra, the owner of 1st Call Agency Ltd, a locum dental nurse agency built on something I believe is incredibly important — people matter. 💙
Running my own business is a huge part of my life, and I’m incredibly proud of what I have created. I’m passionate about connecting dental practices with reliable, friendly and professional locum dental nurses, while making sure the nurses I work with feel valued, supported and appreciated.
For me, running an agency isn’t just about filling a booking. It’s about building genuine relationships with practices and nurses, understanding what they need and being there when they need a helping hand.
Outside of work, family is at the heart of my life. ❤️ I love spending time with my family, enjoying our home and garden, and making the most of the simple things in life. I’m definitely someone who believes that while having a successful business is important, so is having a life and people around you to share it with.
I bring that same personal approach into my business. I want 1st Call Agency Ltd to feel approachable, dependable and different from a traditional agency — because behind the business is a real person who genuinely cares about the people she works with.

Jackie is an important part of the 1st Call Agency team, taking care of the administration behind the scenes and helping keep everything running smoothly.
With a degree and previous experience as a Practice Manager, Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the dental industry to the agency. Her experience gives her a great insight into what practices and nurses need, helping ensure bookings, communication and day-to-day administration are handled efficiently and accurately.
Outside of work, Jackie is happiest surrounded by her dog 🐶 and in the garden 🌿. She loves gardening and enjoys spending her free time outdoors, making the most of her green-fingered skills!
