With over 30 years of experience in the dental profession, including qualifications as a dental nurse and in dental radiography, I am now balancing the passion for my agency, 1st Call Agency, with family life. The agency recently celebrated its five-year anniversary on September 1, 2025, and looks forward to continuing to provide excellent service to its clients.

I qualified in 2016 completing by a NEBDN course and working in an NHS practice for 5 years. Deciding I wanted more out of nursing I joined the agency in March '21 which has opened opportunities for me to progress my career with recently completed an implant course in July and gain more experience working in different practices and meeting new people which I thoroughly enjoy.
Outside of work I enjoy reading, long walks, and spending time with friends and family.
Shannon is currently on maternity leave.
